Collector of works of theatrical decorative art of Russian artists of the first half of the 20th century. The collection is considered the world's largest private collection of Russian theatrical and decorative art, including 1,100 works by about 177 artists. It presents L. Bakst, A. Benoit, N. Goncharova, K. Korovin, M. Larionov and others.
In 1967 he released a reference book of theater artists "Who is who and where?" (An encyclopedia of Russian painters working for the stage).

He is a member of the Bureau of the Cyril and Methodius Foundation in Sofia, a board member of the Institute of Contemporary Russian Culture in Los Angeles (California), a member of the Association of American Scientists of Russian descent in New York, a member of the board of directors of the International Fund for Arts and Education "In Washington, a member of the Society of Collectors in Moscow and London, an academician of the International Information Academy at the United Nations in Geneva, a trustee of the Russian Chamber Orchestra in London, a member of the Russian Slavic Art Committee in Moscow, and a member of the board of trustees of the Anna Pavlova Charity Fund in Moscow, a member of the Presidium of the Coordination Council in London, and the first deputy chairman of the presidium of the International Council of Russian Compatriots in Moscow.
